Prior to assuming leadership of DAPD Law in 2010, Atty. Desierto was a Senior Associate at the Litigation Department of Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc & Delos Angeles Law Offices. Atty. Desierto was admitted to the Philippine bar on May 6, 2002, and holds an LLB (Bachelor of Laws, 2000) degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law, and a BA Political Science (1995) from the University of the Philippines.
Atty. Desierto has been cited and published in the World Bank’s “Doing Business 2010: Comparing Regulation in 183 Economies”. Atty. Desierto has served as consultant to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Revenue Enhancement (OPARE).
