The Firm’s arbitration arm is led by Dr. Diane A. Desierto, who is a holder of a doctor’s and master’s degree from Yale Law School. She is an Associate Professor of Law at the William S. Richardson School of Law of the University of Hawaii where she teaches international dispute settlement and commercial arbitration law. She has lectured at the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA); Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb); International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID); Mauritius International Arbitration Centre (MIAC); Philippine Dispute Resolution Centre Inc. and Philippine Institute of Arbitrators.
